Figuring out WHAT is needed to do to grow, HOW to grow, and (WHY) if growing is even really worth it ... that's where I can help guide you thru a gap analysis, strategic planning steps, dive in to decide if the SBA Mentor Protege Program is a good fit for your company (co-create mentor selection criteria with interviewing questions, provide templates for Mentor Protege Agreements, help the small business negotiate with the mentor so they aren't taken advantage of and actually meet the goals established thru the Mentor Protege, etc), develop solutions to fill the gaps identified (with or without a Mentor thru SBA), develop an exit strategy for the owners (whether it be in 2 years or 20 years) and create a clear plan to reach those goals.
